Once your order has been placed, validated, and payment has been approved you will receive an e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number. Please refer to this number when contacting our customer service department about the status of your order.
Our ordering system utilizes state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Although we encourage you to place your order online, you may also call our number and we will take your order over the phone.
You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or by phone Monday through Saturday, 8am-7pm. For customer service questions, we are available Monday through Saturday 8am to 7pm Eastern Time. We are closed on New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Once you have made your gift basket choice, you will be required to input billing and shipping/delivery information. Please review this information to ensure that it is correct and complete. ALL fields must be filled in to ensure the order is processed without delay. If you do not provide complete and accurate information or if we encounter a problem with your order, we will need to contact you. Please respond to our phone calls and/or e-mails as soon as possible to avoid further delivery delays.

We will leave a note on the door and try again later. If our driver determines that it is safe to leave the basket with a neighbor or at the given address we will do so with the exception of a basket that contains alcohol. Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order. Incomplete/Inaccurate address information or phone numbers may delay delivery.
Currently all deliveries are by local delivery only (Miami-Dade County). All products are delivered by the end of day (9pm EST) on the requested delivery date. This delivery times varies due to scheduling, weather & traffic. If you have requested a specific delivery time, we have notified you via email regarding our inability to "guarantee" your delivery time. We will do our best to meet your request. Please ensure that we have all your correct contact information. If we are unable to meet the delivery time, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Please note: Shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, severe rain storms, flooding, etc.). These situations are considered to be out of our control and are not eligible for refunds of shipping charges.
If you order a gift basket that contains alcohol, an adult (21 years or older) will need to sign for the basket during delivery. If the age of the recipient is in question, we will need to see a valid driver's license to confirm the age of the signer. If the signer is not of legal age, then we will contact you for further delivery alternatives (additional delivery fees my be imposed).
Yes. For hospital delivery, please include the recipient's room number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, recipients may not be allowed to receive gift baskets - telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies.

We will deliver as earliest as possible but cannot guarantee a time. But please be aware that delivery delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions. Payments & Fees
We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. All payments must be in U.S. funds. Prices may vary based on location and availability.
Some states require that we collect sales tax, generally on the full amount of the order including delivery. If this is the case, the correct amount will be calculated automatically and show up on your total in the checkout area of our site.
As long as the status of your order (found in My Account, Orders tab) does not show that the gift basket is "Shipped" or "Complete" please contact our customer service by calling (833) 356-7272 Monday through Saturday 8am to 7pm Eastern Time. A customer service representative will help you with any changes and provide any further details.

If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered gift basket please contact our customer service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Please read all disclaimers regarding our delivery policy and substitution policy.
Gift baskets shipping from our warehouse will arrive with exact or similar contents as you see in the product's online description and photo. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, and we will make every effort to ensure that your basket retains its original theme and presentation. Fruits may vary from the photo due to location and seasonal availability. In some areas with shorter growing seasons, some fruit may not always be available. We reserve the right to substitute fruit of like color, appearance, and value. Because of the popularity of some arrangements, we also reserve the right to substitute pictured baskets and decorative containers with ones similar in shape, color, value, and style.
